During a debate over McCulloch v. Maryland, Chief Justice John Marshall (Doug Thomas) and President Jefferson disagree on the Constitutionality of the National Bank. This took place during a CLE for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Thomas Jefferson reflects on how the political and social changes he observed in France from 1784-1789 affected his perspective on political philosophy.
